Private Yoga Instruction

Receiving private yoga instruction has many benefits:

New students will receive a free consultation prior to the first session via email or phone. ¬†Students will also receive a follow up email with an outline of the day’s practice.

Sessions are also available via FaceTime or Skype. 

Private yoga sessions are $100 for 90 minutes.
